Inside, furnishings are comfortable and unpretentious, as the wooden beams and terracotta tile theme continues to flow throughout. An open plan lounge/dining area and separate kitchen both have doors opening out to the terrace and garden, whilst an open tread staircase leads to the upper floor where wonderful views can be enjoyed from the window of the double bedroom, overlooking the Tramuntana mountain range that runs along behind.
The choice of sandy beaches and coves along the island's northern coast is as abundant as it is varied, Cala San Vicente and Port de Pollença are the closest (7km), however exploring a little further afield is certainly generously rewarded. Golf courses, a water park, wine tasting, local markets, mountain trails, magnificent valley scenery and a network of local buses to help explore are all within easy reach from El Figueral, offering far more options of things to do than anyone could possibly fit in during just one visit.
