Lovely stay

The accommodation and pool were great - clean, classy and very comfortable. We (two adults, two teenagers) enjoyed our stay and found the location handy for Pollenca and exploring the northern part of the island. From the initial booking enquiry through to the comms about arrival and some help with booking an airport transfer, the service from BV was excellent - friendly, efficient and pro-active, which was much appreciated.

The perfect base for enjoying the beautiful island of Mallorca

Even though we arrived in the night, our welcome to the villa was magical, with the local team having care to turn on the lights including to the lovely pool and gardens. The villa is light, airy and modern with plenty of room for six, and a well appointed kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms are generously sized and the large living and dining areas and breakfast bar give plenty of opportunity for guests to socialise. The covered areas outside are perfect for outdoor dining and the garden with its beautiful trees and planting gives a feeling of complete seclusion. The location has a perfect balance of peace and privacy but with easy access to picturesque Pollensa and its facilities. Hard to think of anything that could be better.

Fantastic holiday villa, smart interior, large private garden, great pool. Short walk to Pollensa.

Private family villa, in smart neighbourhood on edge of Pollensa old town. Very smart/modern interior and modern amenities: garden and pool much larger than expected; perfect for relaxing getaway and family holidays. Spacious drive for car parking and garage for eg bike storage - cycle path next to property and short walk along quiet lane to restaurants of Pollensa old town. Beaches 5 mins away - choice of Puerto Pollensa, Formentor and other smaller coves of northern coast. Airport in Palma 30 to 40 minutes' drive. All in all an ideal spot for anyone looking for a spacious, clean, modern and private holiday stay - 3 bedrooms will easily sleep six; spotless, whitewashed interior, all modcons plus nice to see owners have stocked with Zara bedding and kitchenware. Villa sits on private road - kids can play happily in one of the largest gardens we have enjoyed when renting a holiday villa. Pool also very large, and even better it is heated. Villa agent extremely helpful and welcoming - English-speaking, based nearby in Pollensa and happy to help with any questions we had about property and local area. Great cycling country all around, plus close to both beaches and other attractions including Alcudia and Tramontana mountains. All in all, a perfect holiday villa!
