Holiday Home 'Villa Marina' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The holiday home Villa Marina in Pollensa is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 200 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine. On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment. A high chair is also available.

Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

2 parking spaces are available on the property.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Die Finca war sicher mal ein schönes Urlaubsdomizil. Die Bilder im Netz entsprechen nicht mehr der Realität. Die abgebildeten Möbel wurden durch niederwertigere Ausgetauscht. Das komplette Geschirr müsste ausgetauscht werden. Der Wasserhahn in einem Bad sprüht in alle Richtungen. Duschen in einer kleinen Dusche ohne Abgrenzung verursacht eine Überschwemmung im Bad.

We stayed at the villa for a week. The exterior was beautiful, lots of ground, the pool was nice and clean but smaller than it seemed on the website. Lots of outdoor space so for a group of us was great. The house inside was spacious and aircons in every room, what I was looking for. The only downside was the cutleries were worn off, washing machine, dishwasher and bathrooms need better maintenance.

Die Finca ist schön und in ihren verschiedenen Sitzecken ist es uns auch gut ergangen. Aber es gibt einfach zu viele Mängel. In zehn Tagen Urlaub mussten wir einmal einen Klempner kommen lassen um die verstopften Abflüsse der Toilette machen zu lassen und einen anderen Abend gab es plötzlich eine Nacht keinen Strom mehr, nicht weil etwas regionales passiert ist sondern weil die Leitungen gesprungen sind beim nutzen einer elektrischen Pumpe. Zumindest der Notfall Kontakt der Vermietung war hier immer schnell und hat versucht zu helfen. Die Finca ist ohne Auto keine gute Idee, mit unseren Autos war die Lage aber gut nutzbar. Am meisten geärgert hat mich der Kunden Service von FeWo. Ich habe die Dinge reklamiert und alles was man bei über 3000 Euro Zahlung für mich getan hat, war zu sagen dass man nicht zuständig sei. All in all keine gute Buchungserfahrung
