Pool and all outside areas were lovely. Bathrooms could do with updating and beds could be better but overall a very good value villa.

Repeat Booking - that is how good it is

Lovely homely Mallorcan villa with fabulous amenities and pool area and the location is just perfect. Short walk down the lane and across the Roman Bridge and you are in old town Pollensa. Supermarket 5 minute drive or walkable, as well as other local shops just in the town across the brigde including the BIP store a small supermarket and bakery across the road. Lovely and clean, everything you could wish for. We have booked to go again this year. Original stay April 2023. Slightly larger kettle would be good but I understand there may be restrictions on voltage maybe - everything else is perfect.

Great location

Villa within walking distance to Pollensa town. Clean with pool towels provided. Nice covered area to sit and relax. Would be nice to have basics such as dish washing liquid and hand soap provided. We arrived on a Sunday evening and there is a supermarket near Puerto Pollensa that is open until 9.30pm.

Great location for traditional villa, decor and upkeep like electrics a bit tired but this seems the norm if contemporary is not specified. Also the maintenace guy seemed to be there a lot and others using the carpark, no idea who they were, didn't introduce themselves to us.

Can Xim is a stunning villa.

A peaceful setting yet within walking distance of the old town. The pool area is a fabulous area to chill and for a dip after a day exploring the surrounding area. The outdoor furniture is modern and comfy, we spent several evenings enjoying the outdoor space. Lidl supermarket is about a 20 minute walk away, just remember you need to carry your shopping back!!! There are smaller food shops nearer. Highly recommended . The kettle is very small for 6 people. Two of the Sun loungers were broken and need replacing.
