Toller Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Finca

Die "Willkommensgeschenke", d.h. die Kartonschachtel mit Teebeuteln, Kaffeepulver, Chips und den üppig gefüllten Kühlschrank mit Milch, Fruchtsaft, Butter, Eiern, Konfitüre, Pizza und sogar eine Flasche Wein. Wow! ! Zudem wurden die Frottee-Tücher alle 4 Tage gewechselt. => Ein überaus toller Service. Wir können diese Finca bedingungslos empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder mieten. Uns fehlten einzig Reinigungsmittel für die Spülmaschine sowie Abwaschmittel für das Geschirr allgemein. Zudem wäre es cool gewesen, wenn auch Salz und/oder Pfeffer vorhanden gewesen wäre.

Schöne gepflegte Finca im Herzen von Pollenca

Wir waren für 14 Tage Gast auf der Finca. In der Zeit wurde 3 x ein Handtuchwechsel vorgenommen und auch sonst wurde alles sauber gemacht. Hatten wir so noch nie. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Gerne hätten wir mehr Stauraum für unsere Kleidung gehabt und ein neuer Duschkopf der nicht in alle Richtungen spritzt wäre auch super

Feine kleine Finca in toller Lage

Wir haben 9 Tage in der hübschen kleinen Finca verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Wir haben die Ruhe und die schöne Natur um uns herum sehr genossen! Leider war es zu kalt, sonst hätten wir gerne den Pool noch öfter genutzt ) wir kommen gerne wieder! —

La casa esta bien para dos personas.La piscina esta muy bien y sobre todo la vista a las montaña La carretera para llegar a la Rafal no es buena , y es difficil de encontrar porque todas las casas se llaman Rafal en esta zona. Al estar cerca de una granja hay olores de vez en cuando

Ein schönes Haus....

… aber noch Luft nach oben. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat super geklappt. Für jede Frage ein offenes Ohr und eine schnelle Antwort. Zu den Mietunterlagen gehört u. a. eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung, die wir in dieser Ausführlichkeit und Genauigkeit noch nicht gehabt hatten. Die Lage ist herrlich. Ruhe und ein toller Blick auf den Beginn der Serra de Tramuntana. Das Grundstück, Haus und Inneneinrichtung wirken auf den Fotos etwas größer, aber für 2 Personen ist mehr als ausreichend Platz. Kommen wir zu dem Aber: die Ausstattung der Küche lässt leider einige Wünsche offen, wenn man selber kocht. Es fehlt an grundlegenden Küchenutensilien wie z. B. Kochlöffel, Salatbesteck und vor allem wenigstens ein scharfes Küchenmesser. Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe sind ausreichend vorhanden. Ein weiteres Aber: aufgrund der Jahreszeit (Ende Oktober) wurde es abends im Haus schnell kalt, klamm und muffig. Leider konnte da auch der Heizkörper keine Abhilfe schaffen, so dass man morgens klamme Garderobe anziehen musste. Im Badezimmer war Schimmel in der Dusche und an der Außentür. Von daher bekommt das Haus von uns keine volle Punktzahl, da das Gegebenheiten sind, die bei diesem - nicht gerade günstigen- Mietpreis nicht sein dürfen.

Eine Villa, die einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub ermöglicht

Die Lage des Hauses mit dem Blick auf die umgebenden Berge, die sehr ansprechende Raumaufteilung und die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, viel Natur rund ums Haus, Ruhe und angenehmes Klima, zu Fuß zur Stadt, Wanderungen vom Haus aus,
