The pool is nice and the rooms are a good nice size and cool. The location is slightly remote but that suited us. The property probably needs some TDC the BBQ is a bit tired and one of the bathrooms requires updating.

Lovely villa in great location

We were 6 adults. The villa was comfortable, the pool a good size to enjoy. Great location, not far from the beach and with Eroski and Lidl close by on the way to Pollensa, or Eroski on the way back from the beach. The area is beautiful, the mountain view great. Excellent service from Owl and the owner when we had a couple of minor issues - both dealt with immediately and supportively! We made suggestions as we went… and they were quickly acted on

Rustic stay confirmed

The villa inside is very rustic / bathrooms are fairly old but clean and furniture all quite dated. This is pretty much as advertised. The beds weren’t very comfortable and unfortunately we didn’t realise that there would be so many mosquitos. Outside area was nicely set up and pool was good. As we spent so much time outside we had a good time. The location is very good and it was very quiet.

The villa was really perfect for our stay, it was comfortable, well equipped and well looked after. The outside space for eating and around the pool were very pleasant and comfortable too. All our questions and any small issues were taken care of really quickly by the Owl team. Really great service that made us feel welcomed and looked after - thanks Pep, Melina, Baiba and team 🤩 Maybe for a group of six people over ten nights an extra cleaning visit could be nice, it was great to have the bathrooms cleaned and towels and sheets swapped once but twice might have been nicer. Alternatively a few basic cleaning supplies could be left available for use so we could do it ourselves. Otherwise I can’t think of anything that could be improved. It was a lovely stay and I’d gladly book one of your villas again in the future

disappointment

the pictures are very nice but the house was a disappointment. Every complaint I made was not resolved, they only apologized. I do not recommend this property, full pf ants. Impossible to watch a movie online!!, Imagine mu children!! very poor wifi quality, among other things.

Ein tolles Haus, das Beste ist der Pool. Etwas veraltetes Mobiliar, Klimanlage funktionierte gut, ist aber etwas laut. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. TV Empfang sehr schlecht, nur wenige spanische Programme. Für den Preis wäre ein SmartTV oder SAT angebracht...alles in allem: der Pool macht alles wett!!!! Die überdachte Terrasse mit Grill ist toll. Alles sauber.

Das Haus ist OK, aber relativ beengt (sehr kleine Küche, teilweise lassen sich die Türen nicht vollständig öffnen, da Möbel im Weg sind). Leider hatten wir Probleme mit Ameisen in Küche und Bädern. Die Agentur hat schnell reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ameisen konnten aber nur kurzzeitig gestoppt werden. Gute Lage zwischen Pollenca und Port de Pollenca, ländlich und sehr ruhig, was angenehm war.

Lovely little finca

Villa Luisa has been recommended to us by the agency. Real good decision. Nice area, perfectly clean, cozy. Due to the fantastic weather we celebrated Christmas with a barbecue, 22 degrees. Communication with Pep, excellent and friendly. more knifes, wine glasses
