Gesamter Service von Owl-Booking, Großzügige Villa nahe Pollenca, Ruhig gelegen, Gepflegte Außenanlage, Großer Pool, Umgehende Unterstützung von Owl-Booking Team (Lucia (-:) bei Internetausfall und Eigentümer bei Geschirrspülmaschinen-Ausfall etc. Finca ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, es fehlt ein wenig das bisschen Mehr als nötig. Grundstock an Reinigungsmitteln, Kochzutaten wäre schön

Easter holiday with family

Beutiful house in, for u’s , a perfect location. Walking distance ( 20-25 min) to Pollença. But recommend a car. We had a problem with water supply during our stay, but it was solved within a few hours. Fine kitchen and a really lovely terrace. Beds god, but a little hard. Quick response from Owl booking in Whatsapp. A new guide to the Washing machine Guide to air conditioning

Schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage mit einem tollen Pool

Ein authentisch, mallorquinisches Landhaus. Wir waren 5 Wochen hier mit Freunden und Familie und hatten eine schöne Zeit mit gemütlichen Grillabenden und am Pool. Die Umgebung von Pollença ist einer der schönsten Regionen auf Mallorca und in 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto auch in der schönen und gemütlichen Hafenstadt Port de Pollença. Von der Buchungsagentur wurden all unsere Anliegen während des Aufenthalts umgehend umgesetzt. Die Kommunikation dabei verlief schnell und freundlich. Danke für die tolle Zeit!

Fantastic Villa in great location

The villa was brilliant. We were a family of 8 with an additional 3 babies. Melina and the team were very attentive throughout the booking stage. They were also incredibly helpful during our stay. The villa is large with a fantastic kitchen as well as an outdoor BBQ which was great to cook on. The location is perfect assuming you’ve rented a car. Supermarkets are close by including local Eroski or LIDL. The pool was a perfect temperature. We really could not have been happier. This did not make are stay any less enjoyable, however, we think a fan or two above the outdoor dining table could help in the evening to keep cool as it does stay warm underneath the seating area.

Return to Pollensa Holiday

We chose to return to Pollensa as a complete family holiday including 3 grandchildren. Area as beautiful as we remembered. The Villa lived up to our expectations and certainly was a good choice. We felt that the first bathroom on the lower floor could do with an update and a better shower set up.Only little things caused us some frustrations. Small toaster and coffee machine and no fresh milk in the starter pack. We were very impressed with the help given by the Owl Office when requested. Happy holiday memories to keep and thank you all.

Lovely Rustic Villa

The Villa is in an excellent location. Close to Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca which is what we wanted. The pool and surrounding terrace are wonderful although the terrace is very slippery when wet so be careful!! The grounds are well maintained with very attractive planting. The pool was also extremely well maintained and was very clean. There is plenty of parking and a car port to keep the cars in the shade. The bedrooms were all a good size with plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a separate laundry room. We liked having the pool and ping pong tables to play on. One thing that would have made it more comfortable would be better pillows. They were very thin and flimsy. A further suggestions is to leave some store cupboard ingredients. We had to buy everything from sugar to cling film, olive oil, salt and pepper and washing up liquid. which can then be replenished by whoever uses them up.

Grande et belle maison pour des vacances en famille.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'espace extérieur avec la terrasse abritée, le billard, la table de ping pong. La saison encore fraîche au mois d'avril ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine, mais l'été c'est une maison ou l'on doit vivre à l'extérieur en permanence. Le quartier est très calme, et les commerces à proximité en voiture. Nous avons eu froid en arrivant dans la maison, mais l'agence à été très réactive en nous apportant 2 chauffages d'appoint. Nous n'avions pas compris qu'il fallait fermer chaque porte INTERIEURE pour que la climatisation réversible se déclenche aux heures programmées peut être faudrait il le préciser dans la notice. Le presse agrumes ne fonctionne pas, et un sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas également. Et il nous a manqué une essoreuse à salade.

Schöne Finca mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Die Finca liegt wunderbar in ruhiger Lage. Pollenca ist auch zu Fuß sehr schnell erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Veranstalter war einfach und schnell. Schade, dass die Küchengeräte bzw. Die Küchengeräte nicht auf dem neuesten Stand sind. Für größere Gruppe wird so die Selbstversorgung kompliziert. Der Toaster und die Kaffeemaschine sind für 8 Personen nicht ausreichend und gehören ersetzt. Bei unserer Ankunft mit 7 Personen waren 2 Betten nicht bezogen und keine Handtücher vor Ort.
