Alles was da man braucht

Die Finca ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Küche ist mit viel Geschirr usw. ausgestattet.

10/10 we stayed for 5 nights and this was a great house and location, super clean and we'd definitely stay again but want to call out a few things for others to know ahead of time; the pool wasn't heated and didn't have a shallow end which was a bummer for us with our kid as we really hoped to spend time in the pool. The beds are super hard and even though we like firm beds this gave us both back pain. Just personal preference but be prepared. The house is stocked with some essentials but it's limited. We ended up getting extra toilet paper, hand towels, dish soap, hand soap for the bathrooms and cooking oil. Would have been nice to have more at the start. Also including photo of the type of coffee pot. You'll need ground coffee. They had filters provided but we didn't find them right away and already got some filters so there should be plenty now!

Relaxing Stay

The villa description was very accurate and any minor issues quickly sorted. The property managers were friendly and easily contactable . We lived in the outside area which was perfect for relaxing with plenty of sun loungers and outside seating as well as lots of shade for the hot August sun. A few more cushions on some of the outside chairs would however be a welcome addition. Air con in the bedrooms was efficient though on a timer. Wifi was reliable. We hired bikes for a week as it was an easy cycle to both Pollença and Port Pollença. An enjoyable holiday in these covid trying times.

Schönes Haus mit Top Service

Die Villa Tia liegt super idyllisch in einer ruhigen Gegend. Im nicht einsehbaren Garten kann man wunderbar entspannen und das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Das Handbuch und die Videos für Anleitungen sind ein super Zusatz, gerade zB bei den Klimaanlagen. Richtig Top ist dass man Owl Booking immer per WhatsApp erreicht und hier immer schnell Infos, Hilfe und Unterstützung bekommt. Hier sollte man vielleicht auf Details achten, wie neue Amaturen oder die vorhandenen richtig entkalken und im Wohnzimmer wenn es kühler ist für eine Wärmequelle sorgen da es sonst wirklich frisch/kalt wird. (Dort steht zwar ein Kamin, aber der soll/darf wohl (verständlicherweise) nicht genutzt werden. Die Küche ist zwar groß und gut aufgeteilt, aber im Detail erkennt man dass vieles aufgequollen ist und vielleicht hier bald mal entweder restauriert oder erneuert werden sollte.

Leider nicht so wie erhofft

Wir waren 1 Woche in der Finca Tia und waren schon direkt nach der Ankunft sehr enttäuscht. Die Bilder stimmen zwar überein jedoch ist vieles stark Renovierungsbefürftig. z. B. die Bäder Spiegel sehr veraltet und beschädigt, Fliesen Teilweise gerissen, Badewanne rostig, Toilettenrollenhalter defekt, Toilette bewegt sich, Duschkabine komplett defekt. Handbrause in beiden Badezimmern uralt und ungepflegt. Küche Herd so dreckig das dort niemand essen zubereiten möchte. Gesamteindruck Küche sehr veraltet, lädt nicht zum kochen. Im ganzen Haus Fliesen immer mal wieder gerissen. Das ist aus unserer Sicht völlig überteuert, der Eigentümer muss auch investieren. Das beste am Haus ist Pool. Perfekt war die Zusammenarbeit mit OWL. Danke dafür

Wunderschönes Haus

Der Service von Owlbooking war ausgezeichnet. Die Informationen super und es wurde oft nachgefragt ob alles i.O. Ist. Das Haus war toll. Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut und das Haus etwas kalt. Aber es wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert und der Besitzer brachte eine Schubkarre Olivenholz. Auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder ein Ferienhaus über Owlbooking. Alles sehr gut

Quiet, get away from everything - wonderful property

The finca is in a beautiful location with great views all round. Very peaceful and private. Agency very helpful and friendly. Large outside space and cozy interior character. We enjoyed a real fantastic time with our kids in January with fabulous weather, great local " fiestas " in the nearby village and great service. nothing

GREAT stay at villa Tia

We had an amazing time and a good weather so we enjoyed also the pool. It is a very beautiful finca, in a quiet zone and with a beautiful and relaxing view. Would definitely come back. Thank you Owl Booking team!
