It features a beautiful and extensive garden that invites relaxation, with a private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off during the warm summer days. Additionally, the covered terrace with a dining table offers the ideal place to enjoy delicious outdoor meals while admiring the surrounding nature. The villa combines the comfort of a luxury property with the serenity of an unparalleled natural environment, offering the perfect holiday experience for the whole family or groups of friends.Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
