Pollenca holiday

Property was perfectly set up for our family of five, with three kids of five and under. Location worked really well; a short drive to beach and old town but v straightforward. What I would call out in particular was the responsiveness of the property manager and the owner. We had an issue with the gates to the property that had broken meaning we couldn't get in (no problem there, stuff breaks that's just life!). I was incredibly impressed by the combined responsiveness of agent/owner who were out to fix this within 20 mins! honestly couldn't ask for better service.

Tres bon séjour dans cette belle maison. le logement est spacieux et propre. vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire avec des petits kits a l'arrivée (papiers toilettes, éponge, produit vaisselle, capsule machine a laver et lave vaisselle,...). nous avons eu beau temps dans l'ensemble mise a part un orage a l'arrivée et au dernier jour. trop frais pour profiter de la piscine mais nous avons pu profiter de la grande terrasse couverte.

The villa itself was lovely, clean, and plenty of towels were given. Easy to check in and out. Supplies given were helpful. However If you are under 25 they will charge a deposit. I wouldn’t recommend coming here without a rented car as the taxi services are extremely unreliable, to no fault of Sealand Villa’s

Outside area is amazing. Great location and lovely space inside. Kitchen well equipped It would be great to be given notice when the owner is going to turn up. We appreciate the garden needs to be watered etc within the two weeks but it gave us a shock one day that the gates opened and two people arrived, not knowing who they were. Likewise, on the last day, the owner arrived before 8.30am, as check out is 10am we felt he could have waited until then. Shower head’s desperately need replaced.

Le logement était très bien situé, à quelques minutes de la plage. La maison était grande et fonctionnelle, suffisamment meublée avec un très bel extérieur. Néanmoins, l'intérieur manquait quelque peu d'entretien et de quelques couvertures supplémentaires pour les nuits fraîches..Les enfants ont adoré la visite des paons et biquettes dans le jardin, par contre les gens au sommeil sensible apprécieront moins les réveils nocturnes..Globalement un bon séjour toutefois.
