To access the villa there is a wide path along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 85cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors which are 90cm wide each. Paths from the villa to the pool are 120cm wide, the ground is flat but there is a slight dip between the paving slabs and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide which is the master bedroom and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide which is the ensuite.
