"The property served its purpose as a last-minute, relatively affordable labor day getaway. Michael was friendly and responsive. The house comfortably fit four adults and three young children. It could definitely use some TLC as a few things throughout the house we're falling apart a bit, but as a convenient base for a beach weekend it did the job!"

"The house was well clean and renovated- each bedroom has a nice ensuite bathroom and photos are accurate. We were a party of 6 and I will say the kitchen was not well stocked for 6 people. I believe there may have been a total of 6 plates and maybe a set of 8 silverware. So that made it slightly challenging to eat and cook there. We ended up using paper/plastic often which I am not a fan of. Also, I would say that the pool furniture is not in great shape. They did have new cushions on the lounge chairs but a few of the chairs themselves are falling apart. Location wise you can walk to a small bay beach. The town of East Hampton is about a 10-15 minute drive. The house has a lot of extra charges to be aware of: hot tub, a guest stopping by etc."
