“It was terrible. The rooms had a huge stench of mold and mildew. The showers did not work. The air conditioning did not work. No blankets were provided for the beds. I complained and wanted a refund and they refused.”

“Friendly staff! Room was huge but outdated. Nice location”

“I stayed here for 5 nights. The location and staff are great. The reason for the 4 stars rating is because the property, room I stayed is outdated. The included breakfast is good, and great way to start my day. I was able to walk to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping malls. I do recommend this hotel.”

“A great place to truly relax if (and only if) you enjoy the outdoors. You'll be up in the mountains with plenty of fresh air and delicious food prepared by the staff. However, be aware that the city will not be near by (so, plan in advance). For nature lovers this is a MUST do! Side note - working the shower's hot water can be a little tricky.”

“Location is great, directly across from SM Mall of Gensen, that means many food options. The room design and deco is a little old, but clean, the desk lamp didn't work in my room, it keeps flickering, but i just had it off, so there wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good, next to the pool. ”

“The facility and the rooms need to be refurbish, the locator is quiet and safe. The best part is that employees customer service are excellent.”
