「Very nice hotel in general santos」

「Location is great, directly across from SM Mall of Gensen, that means many food options. The room design and deco is a little old, but clean, the desk lamp didn't work in my room, it keeps flickering, but i just had it off, so there wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good, next to the pool. 」

「The hotel is located in front of the newly opened Savemore Mabuhay branch. This hotel is an event venue so most of its area is "instagramable". Their room is well lighted and clean. The only problem is the water pressure. It is so low, that's why we had to adjust the heater all the time. Overall we had a great stay.」

「Very conveniently located close to SM mall, major hospitals , a great arcade with restaurants and cafes. It’s a safe and central area. The hotel is very clean(they make up the rooms daily and change the linens and towels everyday), peaceful and the rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful (we needed an iron for our clothes and a boiler and they provided it quickly). The price is also honest and matching the overall quality of the hotel. 「Wont recommend this hotel. No toothbrush , shampoo/ conditioner, no telephone to contact front desk. TV is not operational. Toilet flush is not working. I know i get what i paid for but basic grooming essentials must be available. There are inns around that offers better services at a cheaper price and with free breakfast.」
