「Spacious and extremely clean room but there is no enclosed shower or bathtub that makes the toilet floor all wet every time after shower. Overall nice and friendly hotel staff with good and immediate service. Food from the hotel is good especially salad, seafood and the fruit smoothies!」

「The front desk staff are extremely helpful and professional. They responded quickly to help us resolve the problem caused by unexpected flight cancellation. When we needed a tool to fix damaged glasses a gentleman went above and beyond to find the tool for us. Much gratitude.」

「This hotel is very tired, there was no staff after 8pm and not enough parking for the number of rooms. The ac is cheap window ac and not very effective. Sheets are thin and towels small and rough and the rooms are low quality, think walls, linoleum, cheap appliances and box showers. On the plus side - good water pressure! I would not stay here again.」

「My husband and I could not fault The Islander. From the moment we checked in we felt like part of a large family. From the friendly smile and impeccable service from Serena at reception, to the amazing party vibe from Memory in the Hula Bar. To our wonderful friendly wait staff, bar staff, room turn over ladies. WOW JUST WOW. Meals ( breakfast, lunch and dinner were so tasty, fresh and very generous portions. Thanx chefs. Beds super comfy, shower was exceptional pressure. Meitaki Ma'ata...
