The communication was made easy with a translation app. If you want a place to de-stress and still see Germany this is the apartment for you, it has a very pleasant decor and very clean. “The information given for entry into the apartment was not clear and needs to be more detailed. The neighborhood is not close to main attractions and there are not very many restaurants near it. The tea kettle didn't work and there were no instructions on were to put trash. Also there was trash still in the toilet area. We couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on and it was 30 degrees out side. There wasn't any decent place to get groceries near the apartment. The noise from the sidewalk is……

“The apartment itself was very nice. We could not figure out how to work the heat in the bathroom though so it was very cold in there. Not saying it wasn’t there we just couldn’t figure it out. It is in the red light district which we don’t care about, but there were some weird guys hanging out later at night. Finding the right door to go in was a challenge but I called and they walked us through it. They responded immediately. Was walking distance to Christmas markets which was great ”
