"We enjoyed our three nights here it was conveniently located and only about a 10 minute drive to Universal Studios. We also were able to walk too many places for dinner and groceries we felt very secure inside and the parking and gate keys were great. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area. "The place worked well for us and our visit with our daughter who lives in Sierra Madre. Had some issues with the upstairs unit moving furniture in the late evening several nights. Overall it met our needs and was easy to use."

"Loved this VRBO! Such a cute place and a great location. Katie the host was very communicative and friendly with me before and during our stay and got back to me quickly if I had a question. We were provided everything we needed, and located right across a grocery store. Highly recommend, I’d readily stay here again! P.S. highly recommend Lucky’s Thai Pantry around the corner, especially the crab fried rice!! Please try it if you stay here"

"We enjoyed our stay. Our pets loved it, it was private, cozy, and was true to the advertisement. The only thing was the heater was too hot and would continue to heat past the setting. We had to turn it off and use the AC to cool the room down. The onsite manager was readily available and we met the owner, Ronald who was extremely kind and so nice to talk to. We would stay again! Thank you!"

"Nice, cozy apartment. New and upgraded space with working appliances. It wasn’t as clean as I’d expect of a short term rental space. The host was nice. Little more communication ahead of time would’ve gone a long way, as the apartment is located in a gated community and we didn’t receive the code ahead of time. I really enjoyed my stay and I’m sure if you’re looking for a nice place to enjoy your time you would too."

"The unit is small but welcoming and has great conveniences. We were only there to sleep and have breakfast so the small quarters was not a problem. There is limited space for suitcases and toiletry bags. Secure and quiet on a nice residential street."

"Direction into the property is a bit fuzzy since it's a gated community. But there was enough traffic that the gate can be opened by other cars going in or out. The host is always very responsive, though."

"The property was cute! Quiet neighborhood with families walking strollers and dogs. Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants and freeway accessible. Came out for Universal Studios with the family. The property took care of our basic needs while we were out and about during the days. Beds, 1 bathroom and kitchen with just the basics. My only recommendation would be to invest in a larger couch. Family of 5 and only 3 of us could squish onto the couch during the evening for movie...

"This place turned out to be one of our best experiences renting through a service like VRBO. Primarily, the host made the difference--so accommodating and respectful. And the place was perfect for us, full kitchen, comfortable seating and access to an outdoor patio which lent a sense of home to the whole experience. Highly recommend it for a getaway for two."

"The place is very nice. The complex is super quiet. The unit is very comfortable. The bedding and towels are excellent as well. The kitchen was excellent and allowed us to cook some meals there rather than going out all the time, which was nice. As stayed the parking access is narrow, our car was fine, but SUV or large pick ups would likely not fit. Overall, a great place to stay when visiting So Cal, especially Pasadena like us!"

"This was the first VRBO I’ve done and it couldn’t have been an easier experience! To call this our home for a week was easy! So cute and perfect for a family of 4, came out to LA for my son’s 10th birthday. There is a garage for parking and it is shared with 1 other renter but it was never an issue. The place is so cute, has outdoor seating, quiet neighborhood and down the road from all sorts of food,gas and stores! It was 30 mins from Universal studios and beats staying in the surrounding areas...
