Fantastic family run hotel. Great value and sea front location.. Breakfast included in the price was tasty with lots of choice . homemade juice from there garden was a nice touch. Would recommend anytime.

Nice rooftop bar and good food in the restaurant. Coffee during breakfast was impossible as there was always a long queue blocking the breakfast area. No free parking on site or nearby, all parking in the vicinity was 12 lev/day.

I had to sleep in someones bed…

We arrived late and turned out that my bed did not look neat, and a pillow smelled of perfume. So, obviously , someone slept there and it had not been changed. It is shocking, isnt? Nd because it was late and they do not have night service, they changed everything only next day….

Отель на твёрдую троечку в центре старого города.

Отель находится в старой части города, в самом эпицентре курортной его жизни. Перед отелем замечательная набережная. Поблизости находятся лучшие рестораны города, магазинчике, супермаркеты, ченжи, детская игровая зона, автобусные остановки до Бургаса, Несебра, солнечного берега и др. Несмотря на то, что балкон нашего номера был обращен в сторону набережной, При закрытой двери мы практически не слышали шума и музыки, раздававшихся извне. Сам номер был достаточно большим, ванная комната просторный, с нормальной душевой кабиной. Уборки проводится ежедневно. Правда, постельное белье не разу не менялась, но зато каждый день были свежие полотенца. Выбор на завтрак довольно большой, но не сказать, что все очень вкусно. Позавтракать можно до 10 часов, и к этому времени, несмотря на ещё остающихся посетителей, вся еда уже убирается. Бассейн работает до 8 вечера. Размер его небольшой, но вода комфортной температуры. Ближайший к отелю пляж находится на расстоянии 10 минут ходьбы, и, к слову, это далеко не лучший пляж в Помории. В целом, отель неплохой, но желание вернуться сюда он не вызвал.

The location was excellent. Some of the people working there need trsining as to how to interface with customers. Two employees were very rude and argumentative while two others were helpfull and nice.

The property is in excellent locations. The staff was not as diverse with english speaking people. The amenities are excellent from mud bath to sauna and steam room all are is great shape. The hotel is a excellent value for the money.

Гостиница расположена на берегу моря, рядом с пешеходной улицей, на которой много магазинов. В номере чисто и уютно. Всегда были полотенца, банный халат. Ресторан работал до 11 00 ночи. Еда вкусная, разнообразная . При заезде сразу получили расценки и перечень СПА услуг. Завтраки скудные, однообразные.

Хороший отель, прекрасный персонал.Все 10 дней делала процедуры луной, очень довольна. Обязательно на следующий год опять приеду. Месторасположение супер! Есть где гулять пешком, набережная ухоженная и с другой стороны отеля пешеходная зона.

I had a great stay, except for one thing. The staff forgot to return my passport and kept it at the front desk. When I went to ask them if they had it, I found no one there, but I saw my passport had been put aside. I took it. When I went to checkout no one mentioned it. It's my photo ID, why hadn't they called up to my room to say they forgot to return it!? It's a miracle I left with it.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht! Obwohl wir Zimmer mit Meeresblick reserviert und bezahlt haben, haben wir Zimmer mit Stadtblick bekommen. Drei Tage haben wir kein warmes Wasser gehabt. Strand ist nicht 400 m vom Hotel entfernt, sondern 1km- 1,5 km. Mit dem Kindern war das sehr “ lustig „. Und das Hotel befindet sich neben ein Disko. Empfehle ich niemanden!

Hotel buono anche se mi aspettavo di più da un 4 stelle. Stanza grande ma pareti vuote, mancanza di bagnoschiuma e cuffia per la doccia. Nella spa, abbastanza carina, l'hamman non era funzionante purtroppo. Colazione non eccezionale. Tutto sommato però una bella esperienza.

"Spa, лечение и море"

Забронировали и оплатили через Hotels.com, заселились в течении 3х минут. Машине нашлось место на парковке у отеля! Персонал дружелюбный, говорят на русском. Номер был с видом на храм и прогулочную аллею. Есть номера с видом на море. Большая душевая кабина, удобные кровати. Спа центр не большой, но очень даже хорош! Есть две сауны, парная баня, контрастный душ, бассейн и соляная комната. Все входит в стоимость проживания! На завтрак большой выбор блюд! Проживание дает скидку 10% на процедуры (массаж, грязи, т. д.) и меню ресторана!

The room was great, pool area, sauna etc very nice and breakfast was wonderful. Staff pleasant. We enjoyed having dinner in their bar/grill also. Overall great experience. Would stay there again .
