It was convenient and safe to have off street parking. However, we needed to pick up the key from another location. Traffic is very busy and roads are very narrow, so we walked to get the key (about 15min). We were advised at that point that the complimentary breakfast was at this location, and not at our accomodation. Also, when we walked back to our room, we were missing a bed. Nice place, but other guests were also very put out by the off location key pickup. One poor older gentleman got lost and had been walking the neighbourhood for 3 hours. I walked him down to the other location to help him get his key. I think this needs to be clearer in the ad.

A lot of information is missing or false from the property description. Due to the staff and website misinformation, we ended up paying extra for transportation and breakfast. Starting fee is $25 Euro for taxi from this property to the train station even if it’s a 5-8 minute drive.

We were walking and came by train. Didn't know we had to go to another hotel alltogether to get the key. There is no front desk, no one there except housekeepers. Then there was the train. Goes by constantly even in the night (not all night). Rattles everything and is really loud. No one mentions that. The shower didn't drain well, there's no trashcan in the kitchen area which is weird, and the housekeepers were smoking in the kitchen.
