「My entire family enjoyed our time at Hat Ranch. The house was amazing. The game riom was a big hit with the younger adults.I, as the resident Grandma, especially enjoyed the several quiet places to sit and read, both inside and outside. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. We cooked most of our meals there so that was great.We enjoyed the wildlife also. Thank you.」

「Overall, it was great ! The western decor was excellent. The goodie basket they left for us was amazing. The hot tub was just the thing we needed to relax and enjoy! The Victrola was a nice touch. Furnishings were very comfortable and adequate. The only two things we would have changed is the hardwood floors were squeaky and the only TV available were apps. 」

「I love this house. It was my second stay in it with my two small dogs. The owner always has everything ready for your stay. The house is located in a safe historical area of Ponca City. It is convenient to everything. The house has is large enough for a small family. It has a nice game/TV room. The owner is always quick to respond to any questions you might have. You will enjoy your stay. I highly recommend The Fox Den. 」
