My experience was TERRIBLE. Dirty pool, no staff, restaurant/bar (is no restaurant/bar just someone that can put something to eat together) was supposed to be open all day Saturday we went to check, it was closed at 8. Sunday we were all day without TV, staff try to fix it, had to complain 3 times finally at 3 pm someone fix it, ice machine not working, is no fridge in the room so I have to continue to go to the lobby for ice, no phone in the room so I have to either use mines or walk to the lobby. I ask for the music box to be put by us since the day before it was by the pool, they put it out side of the lobby claiming it was no security around, I never saw security, they only have 3 employees working, place is sounrended by cats and dogs, I am a pet lover but it was a Lil ridiculous, no no hot water, sink keep getting back up, today Monday 1/12 no water at all and I feel something walking on me I turn on the light and it was a ROACH! I couldn't believe it and when we went to check out they said we own $43 for breakfast I really thought breakfast was included apparetly no, but I was never informed and for that price I will rather drive to El Meson or Ihop, Manager made the adjustment for the breakfast but I really think she thought I was just trying to get a free breakfast, she apologized for the experience but didn't show any sympathy, I been in Retail for 20 plus yrs and I always make sure I go above and beyond for my customers. Never going back or recomending this place.

We were given a room that was not meant to be given. Door didn’t close right, room wasn’t ready, room was dirty, AC was leaking and rusted, and shower had no water nor towels. It was the 31st and they were short staffed. Manger tried to give another room but the damage was done since this made us late for an event.

That place should not be open to public. The room we stayed the bathroom was leaking from the ceiling right below the toilet. The toilet was broken water coming from the bottom into the room. It was a nightmare,not able to use the bathroom. Causing us to leave the place early in the morning not able to rest. The aspect of the entire place was worthless. A motel would have been better. I want my money back.

Para dormir emergencia porque la limpieza es horrible. Humedad y mucho polvo en la habitacion. Pobre mamtenimiento de areas verdes y podias observar los techos de las habitaciones lejanas y estaban terrible. El anuncio en las redes de como se ve ...es un engaño. Maquinas de huelo no funcionaban. Control del televisor inexistente . No. Nevera, caja fuerte y cosas que normalmente puedes encontrar en un hotel. Pero carecian hasta de seguridad. Solo el servicio al cliente vale la pena.. bajen los costos de hotel y quizas le incremente mas uso de turista y puedan entonces darle mejor mantenimiento. Pq oportunidad tiene el lugar.

I made the reservation after 10:30 pm thru the app with the option to pay at the hotel, and when I arrived to the hotel the only one in the front desk was the security officer; he told me there's no one there to assist me & that I had to make the reservation & make the payment before 10 pm.

I was on a 4 night. There was no water, it return my las day at the stay. No hot water, hotel said they have internet. None of the clerks knew the password, when they find the pass, the internet didnt work. Everything on the hotel was old. The hoise keeping only cones when you left the hotel. For the price paid it was a terrible experience, im adking for a refund.

This was not a good experience. The hotel had no water for 2 days. They didn’t even offer some gallons of water so we can shower. We had to purchase water bottles. The TV never worked because no internet. Room needs a lot of upgrades

I'm sorry, I never do this, but it was horrible. First, when I arrived at the facilities, I had doubts because the entrance was flooded. When I got there, the staff were kind, but when I entered the room, it was terrible—the stench of mold and humidity was overwhelming. The air was hot and full of dust, it seems like maintenance hasn't been done in a long time. When I tried to turn on the light near the coffee maker, it didn’t work. There was no water or cups to make coffee. When I went into the bathroom, there was no water pressure—neither hot nor cold. The bathtub was dirty and moldy, but the worst part was the unbearable stench. What guarantee was there that the water would even come back hot? I had trouble breathing and experienced fatigue caused by all those odors and dust. I left and returned the key, and I informed the staff. They said that around midnight there was a malfunction and the house manager was working on it. It’s impossible to stay in such an unsuitable place. In front of the room, there were dogs and cats.
