"Arrived to check in at 5p. Room was not ready. Waited 30 min to get to our room. Stepped over 2 different people sitting bare foot in the hall. Room had foul smell. Beds not made. Trash still full. Went to front office to request a room change. Staff states they have no other rooms available. Staff did offer a refund after a long conversation "

"We made a quick trip home to see family and decided to book a house this trip instead of staying with family and we are so happy that we did. The property is very clean and location is ideal. We will most definitely be back. "

"The tv in our room didn’t work. We asked management to send someone to fix it. They never came. Then asked to be moved to a different room and that tv didn’t work either! The tv in the workout room didn’t work as well. The room smelt like wet towels. Or mold. Just not a very well maintained property. Will never stay here again. And Marriott should be ashamed."
