5 star amenities but what defines a hotel is the staff. They were exemplary to say the least. Helpful, courteous and always with a smile. Even the doorman Mani and the restaurant team leader Sharat. The reception staff were impeccable with Gayatri, Mathi and team. Kudos guys.👏

While a little away from the beach, this property was a delight to stay in. From the friendly staff, to the well appointed and cozy rooms to the fabulous onsite restaurants, this hotel checks all the boxes. While transportation was easy, the complimentary bike rentals was a nice touch. Overall very please and highly recommended.

Beautiful Hotel

Beautiful - they cannot do enough for you! They really go above and beyond! Lovely pool to relax and spa… it was so easy to jump in a tuk tuk to get to white town very cheaply! I found this hotel was more value for money than others and more luxurious

Great hotel with amazing staff. The bar was dark and not appealing. The rooms were good, the food was good. The area was typical of India. Ultimate people watching experience outside. Short ride to White town on a Tuc Tuc which was great fun.

This is an excellent hotel and probably the best option in Pondy and surroundings. Then hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and clean. Staff are friendly, yet some do seem a bit inexperienced. The highlight of our stay was both the breakfast and dinner buffets. I don't usually book half-board but this was really worth it.

Properties and room were clean and well maintained. Staff were courteous . 1 km from white town . Property is not at white town and in middle of extremely crowded shopping area, not at all desirable area. Room floor 4 and below have carpet and has strong camphor odor . Odor was so strong that it was not livable . We have to change the room to floor 5 which has hardwood flooring and no odor. Hotel management were kind enough to accommodate us by giving two club rooms.

Restaurant staff were very friendly. Room was nice. The hotel is on a very busy street, though the Pongal festival added to the chaos. The property is well maintained and is a welcome retreat from the busy city.

It was a lovely hotel. The only strange thing about it was after we checked out and paid for the room the wifi was canceled . I suggest you leave the wifi active for a few more hours.

Here is my honest review. For an August weekend we were charged Rs.20100 per room. We booked two rooms. The rooms were clean and property was well kept. Here is why I gave a 3 star, the checkin process took 30 minutes and we had to wait for a while to get the rooms. We had told the hotel weeks agai that we needed 2 beds in each room, but there seems to be some confusion there. Secondly the main shower in both rooms did not work and we had to use the hand shower. While checking out, had a hard time with the manager, he was very defensive about the shower issue when I mentioned it to him. The staff at the breakfast buffet were outstanding, kudos to all of them. Overall the stay was good but Rs. 20k per night seems very expensive for the place, especially when the shower was not working properly.
