Reception staff are truly helpful, pleasant and patient. 2 English speaking reception staff, especially the male, attended to our endless enquiry with patience. Love the surroundings flowers. Do make use of facilities eg swan boat tour, picket ball. Wide Buffet breakfast range . Nice & relaxing stay.. highly recommend."
