“The Swimming Pool was dirty and inusable. For me who travelled with a 1 year old and 4 year old baby, I found that its positioning, less than 3 meters from the door step of the room was extremely dangerous. This hotel offers bed and breakfast, but the breakfast was awful too. I decided to check out of the property the day after a night. When i asked the hotel to refund me for unused nights, the hotel declined to refund. In short, this place is not ideal for a family. Perhaps it can work for……

“A smaller hotel but with provided a great experience. The staff were outstanding from reception to the bar. The rooms were very cool (we had a family room) and large, clean and very well appointed. The restaurant always looked good with many options enough to satisfy kids too. The kids also loved the pool & table tennis games room. The Dive centre in the hotel was also excellent and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. It all worked well. Just over an hour from the airport but plenty stuff……

“I can only rave about the service I received at this property. Everyone is so kind and so observant and so attentive to every single need. They go above and beyond. When I left this morning, they had a gift for me. I had to leave for my plane at 2 AM. They arranged for transportation pack me a breakfast coffee and gave me two gifts with a smile. I almost hated to leave. It was like I was going to be missed by my new family. The beach is absolutely beautiful. There is plenty of space. The villas……

“Perhaps there are better rooms, but our room ( nadia) is very noisy throughout our stay. Not just u could hear people shouting and chirldren playing and car horns, but the worst is that there are some sort of aircon machines right outside yr window so u can also hear the engine sound. There are too many more quiet but equally convenient boutique hotels in Stonetown but since we had already paid so we could not change hotel. DONT TRUST THE COMMENTS ANY MORE FROM HOTELS.COM! (P.S. WE COME FROM……

“It is one of the best hotel I've ever stayed. Excellent room, staff, services. The hotel and the rooms are in traditional Zanzibar architecture style, which gave me great experience. Staff is considerate and detail oriented. The dinner at the rooftop is wonderful. One minor downside is the shower had low water pressure due to my room was in the top floor. Sometimes I had to wait for 1-2 minutes until the water came, which was not good when taking shower. The staff said there will be a major……
