「Due to the bad weather our flight from Terceira to Sao Miguel was cancelled and rebooked by airline for two days later. As a result, we stayed at the hotel two nights less than we had paid for. We asked our travel agency for a refund and they attempted to contact the property multiple times to get an approval for a waiver, so we could get a refund. I then tried to contact the hotel myself two times, but didn't get any response. Not only the hotel didn't refund the money, but the hotel staff also...

「Amazing host. They were really helpful and provided a detailed document with recommendations of attractions and dine out options. They do have 2 lovely dogs on site Pluto and Laika. Very friendly. Breakfast in morning was the higlight of the stay. All marmalade/jams were made using home grown fruits and special bread from a local bakery (from Furnas). Even made scrambled eggs for me upon request from farm eggs. Our room was spacious and had attached washroom. Overall the place was very neat and...
