“O hotel é excelente, a piscina é maravilhosa, mas no quarto do flat que reservei não funciona o WIFI E NEM A TV, o ar condicionado também deixa a desejar. Reclamei desde o primeiro dia com o proprietário do flat sobre a TV E O WIFI mas não arrumaram e todos os 4 dias em que fiquei hospedada utilizei apenas minha internet. O ar condicionado não dá vazão quando está muito calor. ”

“Pelo custo-benefício foi boa. Estão faltando apenas alguns pequenos reparos na acomodação, como troca de lâmpadas queimadas, apenas uma funcionando, ar-condicionado pingando água. Para uma diária até que é funcional. ”

“Hotel itself is nice. There is construction going on all around it that takes away from the immediate beauty of the surroundings. Pool is great, views are amazing of the Amazon River and beach. The neighborhood is the ritziest in Manaus and very safe to walk or jog in day or night. WiFi for the first time (I have stayed here a dozen times) was slow to non-operational. Key card would not work and had to be reprogrammed 3 days out of the 5 I stayed there. I would definitely return!”

“It was a lovely place to stop. Small but comfortable & staff are kind and welcoming. Breakfast was good. I love that you can see the Teatro from the rooftop. Be aware that it is right by the square & there is a restaurant across the street that broadcasts the soccer/futbol game, so it is lively at night (not ideal for sleeping children) and there are stairs. It was great for me though!!!!”

“freindly staff who love hong kong singer denise ho. a happy stay in this hotel. the staff cant speak fluent english but they try their best. not much restaurant nearby. i would recomand this hotel.”
