"I had to use self check-in. The directions were easy to follow! I walked to Piazza Navona for dinner It was a magical place and so close and easy to find(Apple Maps, walking). The room was immaculate, well stocked and with a good bed. In the morning I needed help making bus reservations. The staff helped with those and with a taxi and retrieving forgotten meds too! "
