"Had a large group of friends get together for a 30th bday! Enjoyed all the activities, and the river was absolutely perfect! Tons of room for everyone in the cabins. You will have spotty phone signal but wifi is great. Who needs their phones anyway?! Slide is not for the faint of heart but we all went down it multiple times! "My husband and I had a great stay in the Adelyn Suite at Mustard Seed B&B. The property location could not be better! It’s close to the river, city park, and downtown with a coffee shop, restaurants, distillery, local beer and fun shops. We walked everywhere. While close to everything, the property was quiet and serene. The suite was spotless with nice linens, a comfortable bed, and well-equipped kitchenette. Coffee, tea, pastries, cereal, milk and juice provided. Perfect for a couple! So many nice touches and upgrades while maintaining the charm of a late 1800’s homestead. Very comfortable! Ambre made everything easy and has a talent for providing guests what they need! Excellent! We look forward to staying here again when in Llano."

"I wish I could live here permanently. Old world charm with all current amenities. Perfect spot for a family reunion with its multiple wings with rooms and common areas. Great communication with the managers, they were so nice and helpful, making our stay that much more wonderful. Will definitely book again when we find ourselves visiting the area. Check out Willow Creek Cafe & Club for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, and espcially dessert! It's just a short 2 min walk from Lea Lou Lodge. THANK YOU ! ! ! "
