"Nice spa, handy for train station but beware, use the hotel shuttle/ transfer and not a taxi. We weren't aware of the possibility of collection from the station so got a taxi and were charged 36CHF for a 3 minute journey! Arrived around 6pm on a Sunday and there was nothing open apart from restaurants in a couple of the hotels so ended up eating in the hotel which was ok. Expect if we visited from end of May onwards there'd be more going on. Hotel gave us a free upgrade to a slightly bigger room which was really appreciated. Would recommend this hotel- lovely spa, centrally located & friendly staff."

"Great location, easy checkin. Very clean, good shower. Good facilities for longer stays. Bed mattress a little too hard. No full-length mirror, which would have been helpful. Good blackout shutters. Overall, very good. "

"I booked this hotel primarily for the view of Lake St. Moritz and the more reasonable room rates. We took a taxi from the train station to the hotel which was approx. 25CHF as it is a very steep walk even with the escalators. The gal that checked us in was very friendly, helpful and provided a good overview of the hotel and town. We did not book the room with breakfast and both mornings walked down to the Hauser Hotel for a perfect breakfast more like back home. We did wish the hotel offered in room coffee but there was none in our room. The room was a bit dated but huge and while the windows were large, you could not open them as they are old and fragile. I will say this was one of the most comfortable beds we slept in over our 2 week trip! I would recommend this hotel if you visit St. Moritz. "

"A beautiful year round hotel with fabulous staff and food. The spa was gorgeous wish I had more time to use it. Nice big bar area for night caps, and the view of the lake St Moritz was excellent. Went during the end of May 2026, regardless of what google or Chat GPT says almost every shop and hotel is closed. I had the town to myself. Great for photos."

"Fraser Suites in Geneva was adequate for our needs. I would NOT recommend that you choose to partake of the breakfast buffet. The cost was extremely high. Way more than you would pay for any hotel breakfast. Limited choices and food that was just average. During our stay the construction renovation and street repair started at 7 am. We were not advised of the renovation and construction ahead of our stay."

"We arrived in heavy rain and the lovely reception staff went and got us towels to dry off before even starting to check us in. Our room was very comfortable. We had a very nice meal in the restaurant and an excellent breakfast. The lady who looked after us in the restaurant for both meals was very nice too. We appreciated the option of a hotel taxi to the railway station after checking out, but coming in we hadnt pre booked, so the bus 602 from the railway station to the first stop A to the post office worked well and drops you about 300m from the hotel. We had a short but extremely pleasant stay here."
