不滿：整潔度和設施服務
The room they put us in was filthy. There were stains all over the bedding, sheets, towels, and the floor. The room was completely out of shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. Later that night we saw two small roaches crawling on the dresser. We were transferred to a different floor but this room also had stains everywhere, including a blood stain on the bedding and the floor beside it. The room was generally unclean and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The property was clean for the most part. The breakfast was mediocre, not that great. Eggs look like they were poached and then tried to fry them. Didn’t eat breakfast. One comforter in the room looked clean, the other one looked washed but had a few stains on it. Probably won’t be staying again.
