"Nice place to be, the park is great after a day full of attraction. Air condition did not work well, so it was hot in the room. Dinner is nice, I think it is better to go to a restaurant."

"Room is a little awkwardly shaped because of the ceiling i.e the bathroom door doesn’t open up all the way because of it. Large parking lot but if you leave and come back in the afternoon it may be hard to find a spot because everyone from the aqua city parks there. I would suggest a few designated spots for hotel guests. Every staff member was great, the restaurant food was delicious, and breakfast was very good! "

"We were here for one night as a stopover on the way into the High Tatras. Our double room was spacious and clean. Check in was quick and easy, and staff were pleasant. We had laundry that we needed done, and they were very accommodating in fulfilling our request. Additionally, we were able to have access to a fridge, which we really appreciated. "Just don't. Your booking will say that room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival, but they will re-sell your room if you don't call them before 7pm. They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest. This is review of the management, not the property. Too many years ahead of them to learn about how to run business post communism. You are nothing to them...
