Apartment Lorena Premium is situated in a newly built residential building in the very centre of Porec and only 50-100 m nearby are the fresh market, ATM, restaurant, cafes and other facilities. The next beach is less than 10 minutes’ walk away. The high level of equipment with luxurious furniture and high-class windows ensure a quiet and comfortable holiday. The house has an elevator.
Apartment Lorena Premium lies on the 2st floor of the apartment building and has a total area of 60 sqm. It consists of a spacious living room with equipped kitchen, dining table and chairs, large TV, loggia with sitting set and nice view, double bedroom, single room and a shower/toilet.
Air condition and wifi are availaible.

Met reserveren goede communicatie en service bij agentschap ook top.Gastheer Alfredo was zeer Parkeerplaatsen en garage goed geregeld. Wij hebben ons goed vermaakt.De vorige gasten hadden dingen niet gemeld wat kapot was of niet goed werkte.Alfredo heeft de problemen met de douche afvoer snel verholpen en kapotte koffiezet apparaat vervangen.Ook wij hebben een aantal dingen genoteerd op een briefje en op tafel gelegd.De meeste gasten melden niets maar hier een tip.Laat de schoonmaak alles controleren of alles nog werkt of vervangen moet worden.Dit voorkomt bij de volgende gasten ergenis.Van onze kant was het fijn. Urlaub in Porec
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und zentral gelegen. Nur 5 - 10 Gehminuten zur Altstadt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz der jedoch extra kostet. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
