Sehr gute Lage. In 20 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten müssten repariert werden. Fliegengitter, LED Streifen, Besteckkorb der Spülmaschine.Aber alles in allem ein schönes Haus

Tolles Haus, super Ausstattung

Ein tolles Haus, super eingerichtet, alles sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Keine Billigausstattung, alles aufwendig hergestellt. Die Abstimmung mit der Verwaltung war ohne Komplikationen und sehr angenehm. Buchen seit Jahren mit FeWo und immer toll.

Tolle Villa in Porec

Unser 1 wöchiger Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Der späte Check In (ab 16:00) war nicht ganz optimal, aber das Objekt als solches läßt kaum Wünsche offen. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein und der Staubsauger gehört erneuert. Ein Zweiter großer Sonnenschirm und eine Klimaanlage bzw. Ein großer Ventilator für den „Wintergarten“ wären wünschenswert. Ansonsten alles top!

Es ist noch ein wunderschönes Haus, dass leider aufgrund mangelnder Instandhaltung etwas abtrifftet. Für 11 Personen war nur ein Sonnenschirm vorhanden, im Zimmer 5 konnte man das Duschwasser nicht mehr regeln. Es kam brühend heiß aus dem Hahn. Nach mehrmaligem Reklamieren wurde dann Mitte der Woche der Hahn getauscht. Die Sitzkissen in der Outdoor Küche sind nicht gerade sauber. Der Whirlpool hatte keine Überdachung mehr. Der Checkin ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Dame war scheinbar voll im Stress, zeigte uns nur den Whirlpool und ein Zimmer mit der Aussage, dass scheinbar unsere Vorgänger die Balkontüre kaputt gemacht haben uns sich diese nicht mehr schließen lasse. Dann war sie wieder weg. Das ist sehr, sehr schade um dieses schöne Haus. Ansonsten war alles super.
