Ruim en schoon appartement, inrichting soms wat gedateerd. Fijn zwembad met ligbedden en parasols. Jacuzzi is heerlijk. Zwembad en tuin zijn goed onderhouden. Voldoende parkeerplaatsen. Porec is 5 min met de auto. Grote supermarkten ook in 5 min met de auto bereikbaar. Verse broodjes op loopafstand. In de omgeving genoeg te doen.
