  • Villa Martimar is situated in Stranici near Nova Vas, Porec. The villa is ideal for families and can accommodate up to 8 people. Pool, hot tub, well maintained garden,private parking and a barbecue area are available for the guests use. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house. On the ground floor there is a large living area with fire place, kitchen, dining room, bathroom with bath and one double bedroom.

    There is a large terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool and hot tub.

    Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom and another bathroom with a bath.

    There is aprivate parking in front of the house as well as a large BBQ at the side of the house.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Fuskulin! Wir haben den Whirlpool sehr viel benutzt und sehr genossen! Das Haus war super ausgestattet und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen!!

Sehr schöne Villa

Die Villa ist an einem sehr ruhigen Platz ca 10min. Fahrt zum Strand. Das Haus ist gross und sehr geräumig. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Perfekt zum entspannen. Auch mit Kinder super geeignet. Die Hausbesitzerin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Great place to relax

Very nice villa located in a quiet town near Porec. The agency is always willing to answer your questions during the stay. This was very nice as there was a lot of confussion in our group cause the travel advice for croatia changed during our stay. The villa itself is also very good, we especially enjoyed the garden with the pool, jacuzzi and the bbq.
