You will also find another three bedrooms and a bathroom with spa bath, walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.

KITCHEN & DINING The open plan kitchen and dining flowing into the main lounge room makes this a great house for the family to gather together. The dining table has enough room to comfortably fit 10 people with windows looking out to the rolling backyard which meanders down to the Ovens river. A wraparound verandah at the back enables you to eat inside or outside with ease.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT 2 separate living areas mean that there can be movies playing downstairs in the house, a quiet game of cards upstairs and a game of pool going on as well. All the spaces have large couches, TVs and heating and cooling options making this house ideal year-round.
