“To begin the picture that was on Expedia was not the picture of the room we booked. The room did not have carpet. It had tile and was not well swept. Staying in Port Aransas meant there was sand on the floor and my sister who was with me slipped on the sand in the room and fell and broke her wrist. We called an ambulance, and I called the front desk to let them know and no one came to check on us or to make sure everything was OK. Not one time did any of the staff members come to the room while……

“First thing when you walk in the chairs and couch we’re all torn and sad looking nothing like the pics on line the electric went out in our room while using the blow dryer and stayed off for at least 30 minutes the pool was very very small and a little scary looking and the free breakfast was mid at best but staff was nice and the room was okay I guess you get what you pay for”

“The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The mini fridge was not functioning and the shower had very low water pressure. Also there were not a lot of outlets for charging devices.”

“Stay away this hotel smells Is dirty and has bugs. You can hear people next door if someone is staying next door. Our door was like odd you had to pull and turn to unlock didn't feel safe, and the shower floor was black. When we checked in the room smelled like air freshener from a quick look it looks old but okay but when we got down to getting in the shower and in bed we noticed roaches which they claimed were water bugs and other bugs. We called front desk told them about the bug and they……

“First of all I have stayed in a lot of hotels but this was the one that I was afraid I was actually going to leave with something more than I came with. The bathroom shower was filthy. There was mold in the grout on the walls and the floor to the shower had one spot to where you could stand to actually stand that was clean. The bed was hard as a rock with a bed spread that had so many cigarette holes in it that it looked like Swiss cheese. I will never use this hotel again.”

“This was the perfect little place for our stay while in Port A! Very nice and comfortable place. The a/c worked great. The bed was super comfortable. Condo was nicely decorated and super clean! Also having 2 spots for parking was great because we did get a golf cart! The couch bed definitely needs new mattress. We bought an egg crate topper and that helped a little, lol! We made it work. Great vacation.”
