The property was located close to the Port Arthur Historical site and meals at the restaurant were good. However, the property was dirty, the rooms looked tired and our kitchen window did not lock.

The Foz and the Hounds was a lovely little place to stay, with a lovely pub attached to eat at. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The water issue wasn’t a problem for us, it’s just tea tree stained dam water. The view was amazing and bed was comfy. Our room could definitely do with a good clean and this hotel has the potential to be 4 stars with some love.

A delightful space to spend a few days exploring Port Arthur and the Tasman peninsula. Large, clean rooms overlooking the water and a delightful bar and restaurant in the mix. Good food and friendly staff made for a lovely few days.

We were given a chalet type room, thst could do with a face lift. Saying that it had a lovely view and had a realy comfy bed , i had a good nights sleep.
