The patio downstairs has everything you can think of to keep everyone entertained. Everything was very clean and Dave & Emily communicated exceptionally well with us. Highly recommend!”

“We booked the house for a weekend getaway for our Prom goers! Lol. We had 8 of us total and we ended up bringing along our 1 yo. grandbaby too. We had more than enough room for everyone. The house was very clean. They have stuff already at the house that they let you use, which makes our packing so much easier! “Overall the cabin was very clean and the master bathroom is huge and awesome rain shower head with great water pressure. The cabin itself was fine. The location is on a busy street with public beach access so there were constantly big trucks speeding down that road. The grass in the fenced in yard had not been cut in weeks and was too high and full of stickers so every time my dogs went outside they were covered in them. The portable hot tub was nice but takes an entire day to heat up and if you……

“We had so much fun and absolutely loved this property it was perfect traving with my family. The teenagers stayed downstairs in the game room which was an absolute perfect spot for them. While myself, husband and my twin girls stayed in the upper levels. Check in and check out were super easy ! We definitely would come back again ❤️”

“I have stayed at this owner's properties a few times. Just like always, the house was clean and comfortable. A minor concern (sticky door lock from the salt air) was handled immediately with quick, clear communication and a personal visit. The owner even personally reached out when a severe thunderstorm would be coming through to warn us. My only advice is to use the mosquito spray they provide and follow the owner's directions for use immediately. The house is on the beach, but the grassy……

“We brought our 11 month old on his first beach trip and the house had everything we needed. The beach is extremely close to the property. You have the option to drive or walk. We did the 1 minute short drive. We came on this trip after heavy rainfall and there was no high water, but lots of mosquitoes on the island as a whole, so bring bug spray. It really helps. I’d recommend this property to families of 3-4 or 2 couples! It was great for our family of 3.”

“Well maintained home - appeared fresh and clean. Nice open floor plan. We had a total of four adults (two couples), and it was perfect. The kitchen was well organized with everything we needed. We cooked breakfast and had coffee on the deck. Cooked burgers on the charcoal grill, and ate at the picnic table downstairs. Bug spray was a must, but we didn't mind. Very pleasant outdoors. We brought our bicycles, and road through the neighborhood streets, and passed only a few vehicles and golf carts.……
