Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. The house was nice and had everything we needed. We truly enjoy the linen service! We did have to call the very first day about the AC not cooling, but a repair man was there within an hour and had it fixed in 10 minutes. The house was neat when we arrived, but I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the counters and floors. But overall we had a blast and we will be back next year!

A bit disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was not ready for us to move in upon arrival, even though we checked in during allotted time. When the cleaning workers arrived, her words to me were "have your gone in the house? Is it clean enough or do we have to go in to clean?" My response was "Yes, we have gone in; at first glance, it was picked up but the house smelled of stale cigarette smoke and needed freshening up." Workers went up and were back down within 20 minutes, telling us to be careful of the floor, that it was wet. When we entered, there were no wet floors nor had any area (bathroom, kitchen countertops, sinks, been sanitized. There was no fresh clean smell, only the stale smell of cigarettes. We have rented other cabins from you for many years and know the difference of clean and sanitized versus what we experienced with this cabin.
