Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
The Sandbar is self check-in and self check-out.
MINIMUM AGE: You must be at least 21 years of age to book. A photo of your government ID is required after booking.
CLEANLINESS: We take pride in preparing an exceptionally clean and prepared the house for your visit! The Sandbar is cleaned, sanitized, and restocked before/after every guest. Please respect our space, treat it as you would your home, and keep it clean! Our team is dedicated to providing a clean space for our guests and very much hope you enjoy it. Any non-standard cleaning will result in an additional charge.
MONITORING: To protect our guests and the house, The Sandbar has a camera installed at the front door ONLY. We do NOT spy on our guests. Recording is motion activated and only captures activity outside the front door. No cameras or monitoring devices exist inside the property. Content is not shared with third parties unless required by insurance or law.
INSURANCE: Due to the nature of living in an unpredictable world, we highly recommend you invest in travel insurance to protect yourself in any case of unforeseen circumstances. We strictly abide by our cancellation policy if you decide to cancel.
