This 4th row, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 9 is located in the Emerald II subdivision only 100 yards from the beach, near barrel 78-79. This house has all the amenities you could want and then some, such as a Surf bar downstairs, an outside stereo (iPod compatible), Free Wireless Internet, satellite TV with Bluray/DVD. Both bedrooms have new Texas Mattress Maker mattress, and the bunks have memory foam mattresses. You're sure to enjoy cooking in the spacious gourmet kitchen with it's custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and large breakfast bar. The open concept has stylish décor and comfy furnishings making this the perfect family vacation home. Enjoy your days sitting on the deck, hanging out downstairs or on the beach via the beach access road.
Bed set up - Master has a king, guest 1 has queen, guest 2 has two sets of twin/twin bunks and a rollaway trundle.
Cleaning fee includes towels, linens, beds made, starter set of basic paper goods and soaps.
There is an outdoor charcoal grill available, please bring charcoal and lighter fluid.
There are both types of coffee pots available, for coffee grounds and pods.
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sun screen!
We do not provide cooking oil or seasonings.
No smoking inside, and no pets allowed.
There are security camera outside.
No events/parties allowed, including prom, graduation, etc. Max occupancy of 9 must be observed at all times.
Located across the ferry from Galveston, TX.
