Perfect place to go for a getaway. The cabin was clean. It was well stocked. Check in was a breeze. Location was central to everything around. I would definitely rent again.

Great location. If you plan to stay longer you will need to bring along your own amenities. We stayed 5 nights and were left only 2 rolls of toilet paper, 4 towels, no coffee filters. There was only one pan with no handle…..Could have been a little cleaner, just felt like things could have been wiped down, there was bird poop all over the deck railing. Other than that, it was a nice location. Relatively clean. Easy check-in and host was very receptive.

The windows were very dirty and couldnt see the view clearly. Noticed the other property windows around us were gleaming. The balcony table had bbq sauce or something very hard stuck on it.

Escape from the Storm was the perfect getaway for our family vacation. We enjoyed cooking meals in the fully stocked kitchen, and watching a movie on the big comfy couch. We rented a golf cart from a local business that does dropoff and pickup, so it was easy access to beachfront. Cobb's Cove subdivision is very family and full-time resident friendly area where we felt safe. We started new family traditions: annual summer trip to beach will have a Friday night casserole and Saturday night s'mores. Suggestions: if you're going to fun more than 2 loads of clothes or dishes- bring extra soap pods. Sandcastle toys are provided in room behind outdoor shower, bring own umbrella and chairs. Grill works, grill brush provided but bring own charcoal and starter; firepit was perfect for s'mores and fire forks are provided. Espresso machine, bring grounds; coffee maker uses paper cone filter and bring own grounds, sugar and cream. Bring own aluminum foil, extra rolls of paper towels, and aluminum pans for easy clean up.

We enjoyed our stay at Escape from the Storm! The neighborhood was a great distance from the beach, so we didn't even drive our car...just walked with our gear. The home was cute and had everything we needed!

We had a wonderful time the house was beautiful it had everything that you could possibly need already there. Miss Tammy was amazing she was there if you needed her she checked in on you making sure that everything was great and you had a great stay. If there was only one little tiny flaw would be maybe the beds …. Some of the beds were just a little uncomfortable to sleep in but other than that a great experience definitely would return I definitely would recommend to friends and family!

Very peaceful and quiet. The owner checked in regularly. Love there is a fire pit for marshmallow roasting or just chillin with family and friends. It's not too far from the Big Store (worth checking out as they have everything) if you need supplies or forgot anything. Clean and very comfortable. Have rented it several times now and will again.

We loved our stay here. It’s very close to the beach, a private walk just a couple blocks down. The neighborhood is relatively quiet which was really nice. You can hear the waves from the beautiful balcony. We had coffee on the patio each morning. Neat patio and grilling area downstairs. The house was so cozy and welcoming. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The property owner even called to check in with us to make sure everything was ok! I loved the personal touch. The only thing I would suggest is maybe have some extra pillows available. Thank you for a relaxing weekend.

We loved staying at this house. Loved the fact that there was 2 bbq pits. Make sure you only run water on the left side of the sink! The other side leaks pretty bad. Use it to dry the dishes on the rack thats there. I would definitely stay at this house again.
