A perfect lakeside oasis with easy beach access. We loved our stay here! Location is great: close to all stores and restaurants with an easy drive to the beach (straightshot from the driveway to beach access). Approximately 10 minutes away from the Shorebird Sanctuary. Despite being so close to everything, the property itself felt very private and quiet.The backyard has direct lake access with beautiful sunset views every evening. The provided kayak and paddle board gave us the opportunity to explore the lake and surrounding wildlife (many fish in the lake and lots of birds nesting on the shoreline).The house was very clean and well-decorated with fun nautical items and historical maps of the surrounding area framed on the walls and a coffee table book about the history of the area. The living area was large and open with a large TV and comfortable seating. The dining area seats 8 comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook each day. The master bedroom was large with a comfortable king-sized bed, TV, and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The guest room was similar with a queen sized bed, TV, and access to the hall bathroom with walk-in shower. The laundry room and 3rd bedroom (daybed that could easily sleep 2) were smaller. Wi-Fi was accessible throughout the house.Very handicap accessible. Pet friendly. Check-in and check-out was easy. Toria was extremely responsive to our questions before and during our stay.Highly recommend!!!!
