About this property
Beautiful waterfront home, heated pool, bbq, dock, close to beaches, restaurant
- Your home offers a comfortable open floor plan with lots of windows offering views of the pool and waterfront area. Upon entering the home, you walk down a short hallway and enter into the large common area with 3 sliding glass doors allowing access to the pool deck and lanai. Your master bedroom is very roomy with a king sized bed and it's own, newly remodeled master bath. The kids room offers a bunk bed along with a trundle and the final guest room offers a queen sized bed. All bedrooms have 40", 4K smart TVs while the living room has a 55" 4K smart TV.
Our full sized kitchen has all the comforts of home including stainless steel appliances, toaster, blender and a coffee maker.
Our outdoor space offers a large covered lanai with plenty of seating along with an area for outdoor dining. In addition, we have a beautiful saltwater pool, a dock with gorgeous water views and a 10,000 lb boat lift.
Property is centrally located close to restaurants and more, Uber-eats and other delivery services are fast and efficient.
