Winter in Florida

The house is lovely. Very private,but very close to shops and great restaurants. Perfect location. We enjoyed the heated pool. The owner, Jim, was very helpful and available if we had a question. Had a wonderful time there.

Best month!

My husband and I spent most of March at this well appointed home. The host is very communicative and extremely helpful. The property is gorgeous, has everything you need for a fabulous vacation. Highly Highly recommend!

Great Home Port Charlotte

We had a great time staying in this really nice home. It’s a newer home and is very nicely decorated. Kitchen was well supplied. Beds were very comfortable. You do need to bring your own bedding and towels. Loved that the door walls open up to the pool area. We spent much time there enjoying the warm pool. Loved the privacy. The home is not located in a populated area but there is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Highly recommend

Jim was a pleasure to work with and so accommodating. The house was amazing and equipped with everything we needed. The pool was wonderful, caught a jack crevalle off the dock, and had an amazing kayak paddle out to the bay. Everything was perfect and the space was exactly what we needed. So comfortable and we’re very grateful we had the opportunity to stay! Thank you so much.
