"Very clean and spacious. Everything you need is there! Favorite part is the back yard little oasis with waterfall pond that you can cool off in! Mind you it is a pond not a swimming pool so it is natural but that’s what we loved about it! Trees, cactus and flowers all around it with stepping stones and sandy area that gives it a beachy vibe. Hot tub was amazing too even in July as the heat was off but stayed at a refreshing 90 degrees for an evening relax. Above all we really like the quiet neighborhood and privacy. "

"The house was clean, the pool was clean, and perfect temperature, guessing around 83 when we arrived. The last few days were very sunny and hot days, and the pool temperature got up to maybe 88 during the day; around 85 in the morning.Everything was as advertised. The half bath by the pool is air conditioned, which was very nice. Rick and Dawn responded quickly to all messages. If we go back to the area, quite possible, we will certainly look to stay here again. If you need a house with four bedrooms, this is a great place to stay. All six in our group, ages 13-93, enjoyed the house."
