“The place was really cute and cozy. They provided everything we would need and check in/out was extremely easy. ”

“We enjoyed our stay and love what the family has done with this property. We would recommend carpet or thick rugs for the upstairs units to help reduce noise. The first night wasn’t bad because the unit above us was empty but the second night was loud. Luckily we are both heavy sleepers so we made it work. Also, some of the towels were dirty and the extra blankets and sheets were dirty. That’s on the cleaning service not the owner. Overall we would stay there again. ”

“Great location, nice apartment. Poor communication with owner they don’t reply back for extended periods of time. Never replied back to the fact that the door doesn’t latch on the apartment unless it’s locked.”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were some issues that maintenance needs to fix. We had no communication at all with anyone except when I called the emergency number because the key didn’t work but even then, I think that was a call service. They did get someone out to fix the lock in a few hours but we needed someone to stay behind to be there and they missed out on the evening’s events. “The HOST (aka managing rental company needs to improve upon their communication. Per Vrbo confirmation, the access code was to be sent at Noon on day of arrival. Then HOST said it would be sent before check-in time was was 4pm. We did not get the code until 5:45PM and this was after alot of phone calls and help from island residents. It was off season for the island, last ferry off the Island was 6:30pm. We were cutting it very close if we were going to have to leave because we could not……

“This was the second to lime in less than a year that we have stayed at this property and we all look forward to the next time! The location is so close to Cedar Point. The place is super clean and well cared for. Every interaction with the hosts has been a pleasant experience. I cannot say enough great things about our stay. We will definitely be back soon!”
