"Property owners were very hand off, dismissive, and non apologetic with issues. Havjng us refer to onsite managers for suppoer. Owners had our key time out one day early, leaving us unable to get into the room. Were slow to respond, and did not try and problem solve."

"Could not have been happier with this choice for our 30th Anniversary Getaway. Jim and Katie, our hosts, were always a quick text away. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchenette was well stocked with snacks (especially their daughter Jessica's yummy banana bread) and the amenities (hot tub, sauna, workout room, firepit) were excellent.
